What does the rental of The United Theater on Broadway include:
Our private event rental contract includes rental of the entire theater including
Ticket Lobby, Grand Lobby, Pickford Screening Room, Broken Locket Lounge and
Main Theater. It also includes the necessary staff required to appropriately operate
the event, which includes a site manager, security, janitorial services, AV techs and
engineering for basic in-house system needs. We have a limited amount of lighting
and furniture inventory available and can be included in the setup. *Additional tech
labor may need to be added depending on overall event production needs.
Can I bring my own beverages or alcohol for the event or outside bartenders?
All beverages and alcohol must be provided by The United Theater on Broadway. We
will work with you to create a bar menu ideal for your event
Can I bring in my own caterer?
You will need to select a caterer from our pre-approved list of caterers. Please
discuss with your Private Events Sales Manager for more specifics and exceptions.
What is your curfew or latest event end time?
What items are not allowed for events?
What time can my event begin setting up?
We typically allow vendors on site for set up to 4 hours before event start time
within your 12-hour rental period. Earlier set up times per vendor will require
additional staffing charges.
What is your ADA accessibility?
The building is ADA compliant and features both a visitor elevator and a freight
elevator to accommodate individuals who are unable to use the stairs.
What is the parking situation for events?
Does A/V need to be contracted through The United Theater on Broadway?
For events held in the Main Theater, the use of United Theater on Broadway’s inhouse A/V equipment is required. For other spaces, including both lobbies and areas within Stile Hotel, you may use an external vendor, provided they coordinate with our A/V team. Additionally, a virtual or in-person walkthrough is required before the event to ensure all equipment and usage plans are approved.
