Prohibited Items
To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for everyone, outside food and drinks are not permitted. Weapons, including firearms, pocketknives, and pepper spray, are strictly prohibited, along with large chains and spiked jewelry. Pets are not allowed, except for service animals. Additionally, markers, stickers, spray paint, laptops, iPads, and signs of any size are not permitted. Motorcycle helmets must be checked in with security. Thank you for your cooperation.
Bag Policy
To provide a safer environment for fans and ensure quicker entry into the venue for all, we recommend smaller sized bags, purses, and clutches only. For all events at The United Theater on Broadway, bags, purses, and clutches can be NO LARGER than 5" tall x 9" long x 2" wide to be permitted. ALL bags are subject to manual inspection - this includes clear bags. Any oversized bags, totes, laptop bags and backpacks of any size are not permitted. The United Theater on Broadway does not offer a bag check.

We maintain cashless transaction environment. Patrons are kindly reminded that cash payments are not an option. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, and Amex.
Food & Beverage
Individuals of 21 years or more, bearing proper identification, may acquire a variety of brews, wines, and concocted libations. Water, sodapop, and light edibles are likewise obtainable for purchase. Kindly note, the establishment operates on a cashless basis.
Smoking Policy
The use of cigarettes, electric cigarettes, vapes, or any form of smoking device is stringently forbidden within the Theater and all its communal areas. Kindly be advised that a particular section for smoking has been properly designated at the front of the Theater.
Parking Availability
In the vicinity of The United Theater on Broadway, over 1,200 parking spots are available within a short walking distance, offered at various rates. Please note, these parking facilities are independently operated and are not affiliated with The United Theater on Broadway.
